Can I get a refund?
Please read the Terms of Use, read this FAQ, use the 1 day Free Trial, watch the Tutorial Videos, read the texts on the website, ask us questions.
If you didn't do any of these and you paid after you agreed to a "no refund" policy multiple times, even by checking a checkbox right before you paid, and you realize only then that you have no clue what you bought, then it's your fault.
