Yes, streaming urls will be automatically synchronized with your IPTV Provider once a day, if you uploaded an M3U file by adding a link to your IPTV Provider's M3U file.
You will get a message on your account and an email when anupdate happens.
You can also sync your M3U files manually, by clicking the "sync" button next to the M3U file in your list in the editor.
