Why do I get the error message "Xtream UI Panel server API is unreachable"?
You need to add our IP address, like shown in our Tutorial Video, to your API settings in your Xtream UI panel.

Please keep in mind, that you have to use the IP address and port number of your Server/API, not of your Panel!

Please make sure that you are not behind a Firewall, Proxy, Cloudflare or similar.

Please turn off the integrated firewall of Xtream UI as well.

Please do not use domain names and subdomain names.
