My streams stopped working when I use your M3U, but play with my provider's M3U. Why?
If your streams stopped working, that means something changed in the original M3U file on the server of your provider.

Most probably the URLs changed or your username and/or your password changed.

Your IPTV app downloads the m3u file from our site instead of your provider's site, stores it locally on your device and calls the selected stream directly from your provider.

We do not restream, reroute or alter your streaming URLs in any way.
You always connect to your provider directly form your device.

You DO NOT connect to your provider through our site.

If you have issues with the stream, please always contact your IPTV provider.

You can download both M3U files to your desktop computer, open them with a text editor and compare the streaming URLs. If they are different, you know you have to change them in our M3U file by using the Action Menu next to the M3U url on your account page.
